Congratulations to the Boys hockey team in defeating FHS Friday in Fredericton and yesterday at the Qplex to secure their place at Provincials. On Friday night the team was down 1-0 until Connor Neill tied it up in the third. Alex Boudreau got the game winner with 5 minutes left in the game. On Sunday the boys showed up ready to play. After a scoreless first period Logan Gallant opened the scoring with a beauty.  FHS then scored to tie things up but Chase Blucher put us back in the lead. With 5 minutes left Connor Neill gave us the two goal buffer we needed to fight off the Black Kats attack. Will Rocca was a beast in net allowing only 2 goals in the two games, defending our lead even when FHS pushed to save their season.

Also a Congrats to the Girls Hockey Team who also defeated FHS 2 games straight to advance to provincials as well. Way to go KV!

Thank you to the staff and students who came out to support the teams. Both teams will leave for provincials on Friday. Good luck!
